24 months before your finance expires is a good time to start thinking about renewing. During the first meeting, your adviser will assess the value of your property and then work with you to take stock of your personal and financial situation. They will also take a look at your pension provision to ensure that your finance is sustainable. Finally, you and your advisor will work out the best financing strategy for you, based on your personal needs and plans. The options open to you at the time of renewal are :
